Coconut Almond Chocolate Ice Cream


A couple of weeks ago I was on an ice cream kick! My mom, ever the taste tester, voiced requests. This one I made especially for her. Nuts and chocolate, need I say more, what is better?!

Almond Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Can of coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp raw honey
  • 85% chocolate bar
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

To Make: Process chocolate. Combine all ingredients. Freeze in a glass container overnight or for the afternoon. Reprocess it . I don’t have an ice cream maker, so freezing is easy for me and throwing it in the food processor makes it creamy again and blends the chocolate and almonds a little more too. That’s it, yummy ice cream!
