I have been lifting weights since I was 10 years-old. I have always been fascinated with sports and the human body. Hence, why my degree is in exercise science. I started out my career training kettlebells and leading classes. I spent summers working out with the guys and I loved it. Strength can teach us a lot about life. Often it is not our muscles which have limitations, but our belief in our own power and strength.
I stopped training kettlebells to bake and cook, but it is always there and I am going to start them again with some 8-week programs I am designing. So I have designed this page, to share about exercise as well. Expect to see some collaborations with my beautiful mother, who knows her stuff.
