Gluten-Free Baking

I’ll be honest I enjoy baking, it’s my job title, but I don’t actually eat a lot of baked goods. I took a cake decorating class, and I’ve never liked cake even in my younger sugar-toothed-crazed days. So when people ask if making pies or cakes is tempting, the answer is no. But what I do enjoy is the creativity involved in baking. Growing up everyone thought I was going to be an artist (sketching-portraits especially- was my thing). So now as an adult I’ve noticed my creativity, imagination and artist flare has spilled out into other areas of my life. One such way is in baking. It has become a way of self-expression. Turning something traditional into something grain-free has become a fun challenge.
